I am piss. I spoken to Lloyd once and barbara multiple times. Retainer was going to be 3000. I told them I had a hearing Jan 18 2024 I was told by Lloyd yes then Barbara said no. Then got a continues till Jan 25 2024 and Lloyd doesn't respond and Barbara said that Lloyd busy until March with hearing. Then I mention the trial 4 30 2024. I was told the trial retainer is 20000. From 3k to 20k. I am warning everyone everywhere beware of this attorney. Be careful everyone happy holidays.

Mike Fischer is a crook. He bribed me to leave a nasty review on his twin brother’s website(Thomas Fischer) in order to consider keeping me as a client when his brother left his firm high and dry. He has already been reported to the state bar numerous times with good reason. He stole money from me while my child was fighting cancer, doctored the statements to TRY show I owed them WAY more than I truly did. They never filed any documents they told me they were. They did not give my entire case file to my next attorney. Mike Fischer and Sol Marie Ramos attempted to have me empty my savings and checking account on thanksgiving of 2021, already knowing they had filed to drop me as a client and told my opposing counsel before letting me know. They then attempted to take me to court to sue me for the bogus charges. Stay far far away..these humans are to their core, evil. Good luck!
