I am so grateful for Randy and Sarah and the entire Walton Law Firm team. My husband died after developing a large bedsore when he was living in an assisted living facility here in North County. I hired Walton Law Firm, and we sued the assisted living and received a nice settlement. But after the case settled, Medicare made a huge demand to get repaid what it spent to provide care to my husband before he died. Randy believed Medicare was not entitled to any money, and when Medicare insisted, my case became a case against Medicare. Randy kept appealing negative decisions from Medicare, and finally, after a year of fighting, ended up in front of a judge who handles only Medicare cases. That judge agreed with Randy and ruled that Medicare is not entitled to a recovery, so my case is finally over. Randy and Sarah were so persistent on my behalf, and they communicated with me throughout the process. They were very easy to talk to. I had to wait, but I ended up getting more money than I thought I would and for that I am grateful. It gives me great pleasure to provide this positive review.
