I was highly impressed upon our first meeting with Randy Walton at Walton Law Firm. Although very professional, Randy still manages to be a warm and caring person who is easy to talk to. Randy represented both my brother and I in an Elder Abuse Case (on behalf of our Mother) against a skilled nursing facility, an assisted living facility and a home health care. The case was complex. Randy explained the process in depth, always making himself accessible for questions and was able to negotiate a very impressive settlement. I highly recommend Randy and the Walton Law firm and wish I could give him more than 5 stars!

About 5 months ago I was referred to Walton Law Firm for my car accident case after my previous lawyer who was handling the case passed away. Wow!What a lucky break that was for me . I retold my story to Randy Walton and his assistant Sarah. They listened and showed such are compassion and were both so helpful . They were always available to answer my questions, and give me advise and direction. Second, they acted quickly. My previous lawyer sat on the case for almost 3 years,it wasn't a big case so I guess it did not feel very important to her. The Walton Law Firm not only got me the policy limits from the car that hit me, but even more money from my own insurance company, which I never expected. I can’t say enough how good my experience was working with Randy and Sarah, and would recommend them for any injury case.
