David is the best Bankruptcy Attorney I have ever interviewed. I interviewed six attorneys for this Chapter 7 case. David is the most knowledgeable, efficient, forward thinking , and trustworthy attorney I have ever encountered. That is saying a lot, as we all know, most attorneys are not held high in the opinions of most people. David should receive the highest regard and/or rewards in his profession. In addition, his fee schedule is the best in the profession. Highly recommended !!!!!

During some trying times Atty. Weise was there with compassion, professionalism and dealt with my anger from past legal "professionals". He stepped in handled my situation, and as it turned out a year or so down the road an question arose and he was there after that the lapsed time period to answer all questions and address that issue expediously. A true credit to their profession.

David had the best rates by far and he was very knowledgable about the process. His years of experience working for credit card companies means the he knows both sides of the situation and gives very informed advice. He made the process easy and alleviated all my fears with thorough and patient explanations.
