Randy was referred to me by an attorney I work with following a bad car accident that sent me to trauma with back and neck injuries and my Volvo was totaled. I was hit from behind at a stop light from someone speeding and was crushed into the vehicle in front of me. Randy was patient, sincerely listened and instrumental in helping me to work through all the red tape in getting the care I needed to recover. He is fair and honest and is very familiar with the tactics employed by the insurance companies. I would highly recommend him and his team. I was highly impressed upon our first meeting with Randy Walton at Walton Law Firm. Although very professional, Randy still manages to be a warm and caring person who is easy to talk to. Randy represented both my brother and I in an Elder Abuse Case (on behalf of our Mother) against a skilled nursing facility, an assisted living facility and a home health care. The case was complex. Randy explained the process in depth, always making himself accessible for questions and was able to negotiate a very impressive settlement. Randy and Luke were absolutely wonderful from start to finish in our mother’s wrongful death lawsuit.
