I first spoke with Devin shortly after I was made aware that a background check company had provided my prospective employer with a background report on me, after reviewing the report I found several errors, when I called the background check company to discuss the report their representative was discourteous and seemed indifferent. So my very next call was to Devin, and I must say it was the right call to make, I am very pleased with the way Devin handled my case and also with the outcome. Devin and associates at DHF Law are highly knowledgeable and skilled with consumer rights protected by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Law. Devin is tough and aggressive with the adverse party and attorneys, while keeping me the client updated about the status of my case. I knew I had an FCRA case, but I could not find an attorney who thought it had enough merit to pursue in court. I sent my case documents to Devin.
