All I knew was that I was not about to lose custody of my children to their father. However I did not know the laws or the rights I had as a single mother. It was a blessing to have met Sebastian and his team who really helped me put my mind at ease. I did not have to worry about the legal side of my case and was able to focus on my children and my work. At the end my case unfolded just as Sebastian had predicted. I went to Sebastian's office in San Marino, and he spoke with me for over an hour about my case. He was very honest about my case and what I could expect throughout the entire litigation process. Best employment attorney and labor attorney in the San Gabriel Valley! Employment law can be tricky and it is extremely important to choose an employment attorney that treats you like an person instead of just another case number. I was referred to Sebastian by a friend who had success with her sexual harassment case. I would definitely recommend using Sebastian as your California Employment attorney . I hired Mr. Davies to help me when my boss downsized our company and let me go without paying me 7 months worth of commissions. My boss told me that I had given up my right to the commissions because I had not requested them during the month that the money was earned. I was very worried and thought that I had done something wrong. Luckily a friend of mine referred me to Sebastian who knew the laws and was willing to fight on my behalf. Initially, I wasn’t really sure if I even had a case, and to top it off, I would also be going up against a very big opponent that I knew had the best attorneys to represent them.
