I was so scared when I got into my first accident in SF. I was referred to this firm by a good friend of mine and I was connected to Justine Vu. She helped me SO much with getting all my documents and information organized with my first accident and also reassured me the firm will do its very best to take the best care of me throughout this process. She was not wrong! The advice I received from Justine helped me work through this accident with less stress. This was my first time ever working with attorneys and they were so kind, knowledgeable and really didn't see me as just a client but as a human being that went through something traumatic and they wanted to make sure it was known i was seen and heard. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a lawyer to help them with a motor vehicle accident. Ask for Justine too!

I have had a bankruptcy law firm for over 30 years, but it came to my daughter’s injuries I realized I was in over my head (you don’t hire a neurosurgeon to deal with a heart problem. Still, I would like to think I am more educated than the typical lay client and was incredibly impressed by Ilya Frangos’s expertise and dedication to the client, trying to get the maximum possible settlement (despite the universal lawyer jokes out there, most are so dedicated but Ilya stood head and shoulders above the typical PI attorney(my daughter and I interviewed a few before fortunately coming across Mr. Frangos & his firm. Right from day 1, Chantel and her team explained the whole process to us and answered our many questions without hesitation.
