KLETTER LAW IS AMAZING. I have been at a loss to come up with a worthy review that would do justice (no pun intended) to the amazing job Cary Kletter and Chan Phan did in securing a huge settlement against a former employer. I was referred to Kletter Law by a different attorney who felt my case was out of his firm's scope of expertise. Best decision ever. As it turned out, unbeknownst to me, I was one of a long line of former employees who had, over the years, sued my former employer (David Sturman, owner of Bay Management, Sin City Video and associated companies under his umbrella going under a dozen or more fictitious business names). Few prevailed in COLLECTION because Sturman has everything hidden under names of companies of which he is only listed as 'General Manager', rather than owner (which he, and he exclusively, IS). During arbitration, Sturman and his long time attorney INSISTED that Sturman not be included by name as defendant, but Cary Kletter insisted on suing all associated companies, AND Sturman as well. They laughed at us and agreed, joking that we could get in a long line, and never collect a penny like the rest. A year later, we collected $140,000. Kletter Law found a building in San Mateo under Sturman's name, and using the Sheriff, forced sale of the building to satisfy the settlement, which brought Sturman to his knees, PERSONALLY delivering Cary the check to save his building. I owe Kletter a debt of gratitude that could never be paid, for doing what, realistically, none of us thought was going to happen at times, and what nobody has done before.

I contacted Cary Kletter about an issue with my employer. I came in for a consultation and it was clear he knew all the ins and outs of employment law. He advised me very thoroughly about my situation and what kind of case I had. He was very frank, helping me to understand my options and he really cared about what was best for me, even if that meant not pursuing legal action. He has been advising me on my situation as needed since our initial meeting. He always answers calls and emails and is extremely thorough in explaining the law, and what are likely outcomes based on your options. He has a lot of integrity and I have a lot of respect for him.
