I feel compelled to share a little different type of review of GFFF! This firm does more than serve the clients they work with, they also care deeply about their community. I know this because they generously sponsored our non-profit fundraiser on the Coastside even though their offices are over the hill in San Mateo. GFFF helped us raise funding for the Coastside public school students in a time when it is needed most.

I called the Galine Frye Fitting Frangos firm. I was scared and not sure what to do after an incident on the freeway. Their staff was so friendly that I felt so much better after just speaking to them. Details are still being worked out but just speaking to them has been a life saver!

I was referred to GFFF by a friend who was previously represented by the firm. As someone who never spoke to a lawyer before, I was scared and didn’t know what to prepare. I spoke with Justine over the phone and they were so accommodating to me and set up a Zoom meeting. Chantel and Ilya made me feel very comfortable and was able to slowly navigate through the accident and allow me to remember additional details that might help my case. I highly recommend Chantel and her team at GFF&F. I never thought I would need an attorney after our car accident. We had been rear-ended at a red light & taken to the ER. I was a victim of Dental Malpractice and no one would take my case. After pleading to Ilya Frangos, he generously offered to represent me and won me a well-deserved settlement. Shortly thereafter, Ilya took on an automobile collision case that I was being misrepresented on. Even though he did not profit much at all from the second case, Ilya fiercely advocated for me and ensured that I was given a proper settlement. I received a much larger amount than I expected for BOTH cases due to his negotiation skills and high integrity. I consulted with Ms. Madigan regarding my upcoming divorce and the papers my husband had filed. I was in a relatively confused state, and was looking for a reliable and humane lawyer. Ms. Madigan — i realized later — was only looking to learn how much money I had in the bank, so she could detemine if I was a worthwhile client. I am not a “high asset” client if compared to Elon Musk, but I had enough money to pay her. The bottom line is that in an exceptionally vulnerable moment, for me, Ms. Madigan displayed no compassion and no humanity, and decided at our meeting halfway through that I was not worth her time financially. She asked repeatedly for a sum of my assets until I got the message and unfortunately, she spoke to me in a rushed, rude and disrespectful tone once learning I had less than 900K. It was pretty odd, considering I am a successful working woman and needed help and just a little humanity right then. i strongly believe this was a show of her professional values, which means, she does not care about her clients, except as cash flow sources. In the field she is in, you gotta care in a human way to some extent if you are going to serve your clients well. I paid her and left, and as i thought through how she had behaved, and talked to several others who also had serious issues with her (people who had used her but regretted it later, which means extremely wealthy clients), i thiught that I should take the time to weite this review even though I dont write reviews, about anything. I would avoid of this peron, she is motivated only by money.
