Ironically, during our conversation, my daughter’s Father sent me a bunch of messages about setting up a Supervised Visit with her. Because of the information you gave me, I was able to shut him down with actual facts, and I was able to let him know the boundaries that exist for those visits! Thank you!! I retained a lawyer in (a different county) as I couldn’t afford to pay for all of the travel time that was going to be involved in my case. She, so far, has really been on top of things. We had Court and remarkably, it totally went my way! I retained custody for the foreseeable future and my daughter is safe, secure, and thriving!
