Great experience with Talbot Law Group! They were quick to respond to a web form query, met with me promptly and professionally, gave me a reasonable up-front quote, and were able to help me with all the necessary paperwork and filings for my mother's trust estate. Very easy to work with and I would highly recommend.

Matthew Talbot and Emily Nashban were very helpful with a trust modification. They responded right away when we had questions, they got us information when needed, and successfully navigated through the court system and got us the outcome we wanted. I would highly recommend them!

Don’t recommend. I had a really bad stressful experience. Priya changed her assistant many times, it was hard to reach out for questions because it was always someone new, and whenever I had questions to them they didn’t know anything about my case, or they would give me a snarky attitude about it. Many times they wouldn’t answer the phone either. The process was very long supposedly because of Covid. I applied for a I-130 in Sept. 2020 and I got my green card this year. I needed to travel before December 2022 to get a new passport since my country doesn’t have an embassy in the US, but since I couldn’t leave the country, (I was pregnant during the process and I was scared they wouldn’t let me in again) I couldn’t renew my passport and now I might have to wait to visit my family in my country until I get my citizenship. They might not be at fault 100%, but still they were definitely very slow so I feel like it could’ve been faster. Another thing was, that Inmigration had a problem with the birth certificate I sent, I remember asking Priya if I needed the long translated version of my birth certificate or the short version) They said the short translated birth certificate would be okay. Obviously it wasn’t, so I had to get my birth certificate translated AGAIN! Which is pretty expensive. And when I had my interview, they asked why my lawyer wasn’t there, that they were supposed to be there and I needed to sign a letter saying that I was by myself.

My husband and I worked with Matt to set up our will and trust. He and Elizabeth were extremely helpful and attentive at each step of the way. We quickly realized that even a basic will and trust can get complicated when you start working through all the details.
