I paid Mr. Larkin $25000.00 with the promise to possibly get me a deal by or in the preliminary hearing process. For his personal reasons he delayed my case for two years while I sat in the Los Angeles county jail getting assaulted and staph infections. I pleaded with him many times and I never received a Investigator nor a reduced bail hearing for my fraud case. I repeatedly asked for billing for his services and he refused or ignored me. After two years delay the D.A. added additional charges when he passed up the original offer for my case. Before the preliminary hearing he dropped my case and I was financially ruined. I ended up with a free public defender who fought for me and got me a deal. I would not recommend this attorney nor give him your money if you care about your money and your freedom. He knows nothing about white collar crimes of defense. He did not fight for me and I still don't know what I paid for! I could have represented myself better than him.

Mr. Larkin took my case a little over 10 years ago and I still think about how he saved my life. I was young stupid and facing 13 years for a first offence drug charge. Mr. Larkin took take my case and was able to get most of my charges dissmissed and helped me get established in a good drug rehab program. Without his help I would not be the strong and honest member of society I am today. I can not thank you enough.
