I met Roberta in 2009 when she was still a law student as she applied to volunteer as a paralegal when I directed Brazilian Alliance. Roberta immediately displayed her magical ways with languages and inspired other volunteers to strive to do their best as we were working with our beloved Latin/Luso Brazilian community. Throughout the years I saw her professional development and growth. She then went to work in a private law firm, another large nonprofit organization based in San Rafael and now her own private firm. I have so much pride and confidence in her work. She is dedicated and truly in love with immigration law despite its challenges she always finds a way to best represent her clients before any immigration judge. Roberta came to represent me and my Indian husband on our first interview and did a remarkable job in keeping both of us calm. Our interview was incredibly easy and fast. We are rehiring her for the permanent green card for my spouse and then for his citizenship when it is the right time. I highly recommend Roberta As an immigration attorney her fees are feasible and her dedication and passionate heart to represent each client truly are priceless yet extremely admirable.
