He represented my son for a speeding ticket He was going over 💯 which was not his intention but his new car ran so smooth he knows he made a mistake !! the out come was good no suspension small fine and 1point I was hoping for no points since it was his first ticket but that would be asking for to much this all was done by zoom and was taken care of it immediately And his presence was optional on zoom We would definitely recommend hm !!👍

My wife and I are in our early-40's. Due to some recent events in our extended family, it dawned on us that we really should not wait any longer to get our estate planning started. We met with a few lawyers recently, but it just didn't quite feel right. This estate planning stuff was all new and strange to us, and we really had no idea what we were doing. However, we felt very strongly that we should find a lawyer who would sincerely care about us, our family and our future. It was hard to find one! We were so relieved and happy to find Amir (2020, pandemic time!). We met initially over video conference, and we liked Amir immediately. 1. Amir was warm and sincere. He didn't just pay attention to our words. He seemed to tune in to the concerns and emotions that we were trying to express. This is very important, because, in my opinion, estate planning is inherently peppered with emotional concerns. For example, we have siblings. We have aging parents. As most people would understand, we love everyone in our family, but family members can have varying degrees of responsibility and decision-making capabilities. It is hard to verbally express these things! Amir was able to interpret our concerns, and he helped us define the specifics of our trust/will to (a) address our concerns and (b) address the future risks/complications that, given our family situation, we MIGHT run into. 2. Amir is VERY knowledgable and he was (and continues to be) a fantastic teacher. **He seems to fundamentally believe that we are capable of understanding the important concepts relating to our will, trust and tax implications. And he is correct, because he is able to explain things in a way that makes you say, "Oh! I had no idea. That makes perfect sense!"** Frankly, other lawyers made us feel that the concepts were naturally supposed to be hard for us to understand, and so we should just go along. This is not the case with Amir. For example, at our first in-person meeting near our home in Palo Alto, I felt comfortable telling him about my father's passing and how I had no idea if property transferred correctly to my mother. Amir explained that a Trust/Will is like someone's "medical record"; my mother's lawyer should be able to provide them to her, because they BELONG to her. 3. Amir also helped me understand that this is not a "one and done" exercise. I was a little anxious about getting everything right in our trust and will. Amir explained to us that (A) details could be adjusted in the future, and (B) OF COURSE he would help us make those changes. 4. Very importantly, Amir does not seem financially aggressive. There were plenty of extra complexities in our planning that could have warranted extra charges. Amir had many opportunities to add extra fees. He did not. I felt that I had crossed the line of indulging in his generosity, so I inisted on paying for something; he then requested that I donate it to a good cause. We didn't just find a lawyer to write a few documents. We found someone with a good heart - a caring, sincere legal BADASS who will be our buddy during the years, bumps and celebrations ahead. What a find!

My wife and I used Amir for our estate planning. He was very professional and responsive to our requests. He is very good at explaining the details in a way that made it easy for us to make informed decisions even though we were new to this process. He was very organized and made it easy to finish the process safely by adhering to safety protocols during this pandemic. We found him efficient and very knowledgeable on the topic of estate planning. We highly recommend him.

Amir is a wonderful person. He was efficient yet thorough, making sure my husband and I understood all the steps in the process of setting up our revocable living trust. I got to know Rabin for the first time in early March of 2016. There was an urgent issue that suddenly surfaced and I panicked because it was my first ever experience with law. Within 2 hours from the phone call I placed at his office, I was able to see him in his office. Right away, he had the ability to feel how seriously I have panicked. There was something in the way he talked to me and explained to me that calmed me down promptly. I felt intuitively that he knew what he was talking bout and as he promised, by following his suggestions, before I know it the matter was resolved without any problem. Fast forward, 4 years later, in mid Feb 2020, a legal issue caught me by surprise and this time worried me even more than the previous time. I immediately placed a phone call and the secretary told me he was in court. Within 20 minutes he contacted me. After hearing me, he told me what to do and when he said “no reason at all for you to worry”, that first experience with him came to my mind and I felt it in my gut that I can rely on his knowledge and expertise and soon after he was able to resolve the issue. In a nutshell, Rabin is the real deal and with plenty of experience in his field and with the wisdom, compassion, kindness and reliability he brings to the plate, day in and day out he is my choice to go if I have legal issues.
