I worked with Amir last summer to set up a will and a living trust. He was quick to respond to my questions, clear in his instructions, and drew up the paperwork quickly. He was very professional and personable, and I plan to work with him again in the future.

We used Amir's services to prepare our estate plan, including a trust and associated documents. We found his practice through ARAG. Amir made the process straightforward and easy, starting with a detailed onboarding worksheet to gather information and put what mattered most to us into perspective. The document preparation process was quick, the drafts were sent to us for review using a secure file sharing service and the meeting to sign-off and notarize the final documents was easy and observed COVID precautions. We also appreciate receiving the completed, signed/notarized document package in a well-organized binder. A big thank you to Amir, we will be coming back to periodically update our estate plan.

All of the reviews are TRUE! Prior to working with Amir on setting up my trust, I had randomly called him for guidance on an unrelated topic. Of the many attorneys I consulted with, Amir was the only one who actually took the time to listen and offer advice. When it came time to find someone to prepare my own trust, I remembered this about Amir and knew immediately I wanted to work with him. As with my first interaction, Amir was professional, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made an otherwise difficult topic relatively easy to navigate. Even with my trust completed, he continues to answer questions and is always responsive and eager to help. Like many homeowners, my husband and I took advantage of low rates to refinance our mortgage. Our loan officer told us we had to take our house out of the trust and put it back in after the refinance process was over. To our surprise, their title company left it up to us to put the deed back under the trust, saying that is not a service they provide. Amir came to our rescue to sort it out when he could easily have directed us to find another title company instead. He found time in his busy schedule, arranged to meet in a Covid-safe outdoor location (mask-on of course) and showed up early to meet us. We highly recommend Amir for all things related to estate planning and trust - you won't find anyone more knowledgeable, reliable, and caring.
