Si pudiera darles 0 estrellas, no haría. Muy mal servicio al cliente y pésima comunicación. Hace unos meses ( para ser las precisa en septiembre del 2023) empecé un caso de immigration con ellos y todos estos meses me mentían sobre los avances de mi caso. Nunca respondían mensajes, llamadas o correos. Después de esperar tanto, fui a la oficina y me dijeron que mi caso hacía sido negado en November del año pasado, cosa que nunca me comunicaron. Contrate otra firma de abogados para que revisaran mi caso, y me dice la señora Perla (quien de por cierto es muy grosera y arrogante) que no me van a dar una copia del expediente de mi caso, pues cree que le van a regalar su trabajo a los nuevos abogados, sabiendo que yo pagué por ese procedimiento el primer dia que fue a la oficina. En varias oportunidades que llamé me preguntaban si estaba al día con los pagos, cosa que no tenía sentido, pues pagué todo el primer paso del caso el día de la consulta, nunca pedí financiamiento. Luego muy grosera la señora Perla me dice que no puedo cambiarme de abogados, pues el caso está pendiente pero al mismo tiempo insiste que si estoy tan incómoda con el servicio de ellos, lo mejor es que consiga otra firma con quien trabajar. Pedí comunicarme con el abogado directamente, pues fue finalmente a él quien contraté y no me fue permitido. Te hacen promesas que suenan muy interesantes solo para quitarte el dinero. Quedé muy decepcionada con el servicio. No lo recomiendo. Juegan con tus esperanzas y tiempo.

TLDR: Amir is amazingly smart, efficient, and easy to work with. Earlier this year, I worked with him to put together estate documents. I'm honestly impressed with the quality of work, smoothness of the process, and super happy with the results. The way he assembled all materials into a binder with clear instructions along with digital copies of the docs, as well as filing the paperwork with the County of Marin, all these things are super helpful and made the process easy for me. I would definitely work with him again and wholeheartedly recommend him.

Amir recently helped us establish our first estate planning documents. Throughout the process he was very responsive and helped clarify various follow-up actions, as we were unfamiliar with the process. We would certainly work with Amir again in the future.
