Stephen helped me out when I had a problem with a surgery. I had 15 screws put in my leg in order to piece back together a broken femur. When they removed the screws they left one in my leg. We sued the doc and Steve was able to negotiate a settlement. He was thorough and followed up to our satisfaction. The screw is still in my leg.
