A jerk ran a red light and turned in front of me while I was riding 55mph on an expressway. I knew to call them and everything was handled. The driver owned nothing and was underinsured. Thank goodness I had paid extra for the max Uninsured/Underinsured policy. I have also worked with their marketing department and they have been very generous with their swag to promote our motorcycle fellowship, which helps the veterans at the local American Legion Post. 5 stars!

I had T-boned right into a police vehicle back in 2019. This was an open and shut case. The police admitted guilt right on the scene and later it was decided thru the investigation that the police made an illegal u-turn in the middle of the block. When I called Russ Brown it was all good and they spoke like they were on my side. Once I took them on that's when everything flipped and Russ Brown attorney was asking to me questions like it was all my fault. I told Russ Brown attorney that the police investigation determined that they were at fault 100%, so why are you asking me all these questions when you need to be contacting the City of San Francisco police department and get all these answers from them with also a settlement offer. All we did was argue thru emails and during phone conversations. I was in an accident that was caused by the police taking the liberty to showoff in front of other officers that he can handle a car in a tight squeeze situation. However that performance and irresponsible behavior caused an innocent person to almost loose their life and damage their property which should have been determined to be totaled. Thats another story for my experience with Harley Davidson of San Francisco. Back to the situation. I'm also covered under my own medical and never once mentioned that I don't have medical coverage. All of a sudden Russ Brown attorney then informed me of my medical charges. I said I have my own and did not contact you guys for no medical assistance. Then sent me some papers to fill out for medical. I advise anyone to look further and do not decide on Russ Brown because when I went down they went with the party at fault instead of the person they are representing which was not at fault. I have all the emails to prove it if needed. Drive safe everyone.

If you get hurt while riding a motorcycle call these guys and speak with Daniel Ojeda. While working for my dealership I was test riding a bike when an older lady pulled in front of me. I went over her hood breaking my wrist in the process. My boss was very accommodating and got me set up with my workman's compensation.  Within the next few days the lady's insurance company called me while I was on pain meds. He was acting like my friend while trying to milk me for any type of information that he could use against me. Luckily someone referred Dan's office to me. Dan immediately told me to stop any communication with that insurance specialist. I'm glad I did because after surgery it became clear I was going to need another.  My test stating I would need to have a second operation came back during the beginning of Covid. At that time my wife and I decided to move back to Texas. I had a good experience there with an orthopedic surgeon who worked on my knee before. When I got to Texas I stopped my workman's comp and went through my own personal insurance. After the second surgery my hand now has feeling again and I gained full range of motion. Through this whole ordeal Dan kept me advised of all my options and my status through the legal process. It was very comforting to know I had someone looking out for my best best interest the entire time. The settlement took almost two years, but I know without a doubt Dan got me a settlement much higher than I would have been able to litigate for myself. Thank you Dan for all the hours you had to put in trying to get all the bills. And negotiating with four different entities to make sure my settlement came to a sensible conclusion. If I'm ever back in California and have an accident this Law Firm will be the first call.... After EMS of course.

They did everything they could to take care of me and made sure they could get me everything possible. Everyone is very professional and extremely hard working.
