Mr Oromchian helped us set up a partnership agreement for our dental practice. While I certainly appreciate the complexity of doing this we found his services to be less than satisfactory. The process has taken over 8 months and we still have loose ends to tie up. He said it would take 4 to six weeks. We have found the process to be very disappointing rife with mistakes, misinformation and lack of follow up. We were looking for someone to represent both parties and lead us through the details as we already had the basics worked out. He seemed to often want to take the easy way out and not customize his forms for our specific needs. He also appeared not to be familiar with some basic tenets of setting up a partnership such as how life insurance policies should be structured. Mr Oromchian is also very hard to get ahold of and takes a long time to respond to and follow up on emails. When confronted with our concerns (I always give someone the opportunity to make things right before writing a bad review) he just made excuses.
