Our Attorney, Lubna, at Jahangiri Law Group assisted us with a hostile company takeover attempt from a bad partner. We presented our case to her at our initial meeting. She quickly comprehended our situation and reviewed several different options while clearly explaining the potential risks and projected costs for each scenario. Our bad business partner had already started to take over a few of our external vendors' services to block us from access to continue doing business including our bank account. Lubna took action by communicating with our vendor's attorneys directly and was able to block our bad partner from our vendor accounts as well as return our access to our vendor accounts including our bank which saved us thousands of dollars. This was all done out of court. Our experience with Lubna is that she is very knowledgeable and she quickly formulates strategies and takes actions based on her clients feedback which makes her so effective. If I ever need an attorney in her field I will definitely be a return customer. We were fortunate that she took our case. If you need her services I would recommend it to you as well.
