I approached this attorney for several workplace injures, some very, very serious. She was "CARING" and "CONCERNED," and immediately went to work on my case. I was so impressed at the first meeting, EVERYONE TOOK THEIR TIME.

Met with her and decided she was everything I was looking for. Experienced, honest, up front, polite and practices soley in the area of workman's comp. She was very nice and seemed extremely well versed and knowledgeable about my case. I will update a few more months in.

I could not be happier that I wen to Silberman & Lam to take care of my case for workmans comp. They fought hard to get me everything I needed for my injury. While some things took a long time to ge done they did not give up and encouraged me not to give up either. We had to go to court many times to get various medical treatments approved and they were always successful. We recently settled my case for more than I expected. They were actually the second firm on my case. My first attorney I found through a television ad. I felt that I was just a number with that firm. With Silberman and Lam I felt like I was treated like family. If any of my family or friends is unfortunately enough to have a work injury, I will make sure that they see Sheryl and Scott.

Sheryl is a great attorney who helped me with a lot of problems i was having in my workers compensation case. I had an old case with future medical care open and all of my treatment was being denied so i asked some people I know who work for insurance companies and they told me this was a very aggressive firm. She went to trial and just before the trial was going to begin she got the insurance company to authorize the surgery and medications that were being denied. A few months later her partner Scott was able to negotiate a settlement of my case that was a lot more then was offered to me in the past. I will refer all of my friends and family to Silberman and Lam if they are having problems with a workers compensation case.
