All I can say is THANK YOU to everyone involved in my case. I am so grateful for your professionalism and sensitivity during this lengthy process. I had lost my job, provided income and expenses, to which your wonderful and proficient staff helped to ease this horrific ordeal for me. Many thanks to Whitney, Fabiola, Victoria, Christina and especially Leticia who was truly amazing, finalizing this settlement which went from $4398.07 to a settlement acceptance of $2000.00. I don't know what I would have done without this strong team of WOMEN behind me. Now, I can push forward and begin to reestablish myself in this world of GREED now that I am once again employed. At first, they lure you in saying they will "take care of everything" and that "you probably won't even have to go to court". Then, they send you very important emails on a portal that they expect filled out and done same day without the courtesy of a call to tell you of the import of the documents. I don't know about anyone else but I don't sit all day and stare at my email. So far, I'm very disappointed in the service and wish I had just sent this money to the plaintiff instead of giving it to these people who seemingly are not available when I need them. I think maybe they just have too many clients. The worst part is I'm paying them with unemployment money. :( .... Appalled.

CAREFULLY RE- THINK YOUR DECISION ON HIRING THESE GUYS: I set up a account last June 2018 and paid $1200 and NOTHING was ever done by these guys. All they were doing was collecting my retainer money of $400 per month. Communication is absolutely terrible. I printed all the conversations between myself and Fitzgerald and Campbell for proof of lack of communication. After 3 months Of poor communication and losing over $14K on a case that they were suppose to represent me on. I fired Campbell and Fitzgerald and currently contemplating small claims.They never settled my case and i’m Still dealing with the creditor who filed the illegal levy against me and its been a year.

We arrived 20 minutes late for our first meeting, but they were very nice about it. We met with Mr. Fitzgerald who was friendly and easy to talk to. He had already reviewed our situation, and he gave us the wonderful news that matters had resolved themselves, and we wouldn't need his services. He was positive, knowledgeable, and inspired our confidence. We weren't charged anything for the consultation.

i initially hired this firm to represent me thinking they'd fight for me and have at least some empathy with my situation to care about what was going on, but in hindsight it was a mistake. they folded and capitulated at every request of the creditor, stating "nothing else" could be done once the creditor started the process of levying accounts or wage garnishing. i ended up paying more than my full balance essentially after fees from this firm. communication is poor, as you're dealing with different "case managers" and "attorneys". my "legal advice" is to look elsewhere. 8/7/18. update. in response to your reply below, yes please forward to me as you have my contact information everything in regards to my case. i just wish your unrelenting will to take a stand against a bad review of your firm online was equally reflected in the handling of my case.

These gentlemen were professional, kind and efficient in their dealings with the courts as well as the other party. I sought out their services, when I felt I was being taken advantage of via a garnishment. When the creditor failed to notify the court that the judgement was satisfied, instead she continued to accept the money being garnished. My many attempts to contact the creditor were unsuccessful. I met Mr. Campbell in his office on a Thursday, were I explained my situation. Four business days later, Mr. Fitzgerald phoned me to say he had been in contact with the creditor, whereas the creditor would immediately file the satisfaction of judgement. And she did. The garnishment stopped, the creditor was forced to return the over payment of monies to me and the court recorded my case as PAID IN FULL! FITZGERALD CAMPBELL ARE OUTSTANDING, I RECOMMEND THEM!
