I interviewed several attorneys to represent me but none could give me such a detailed and knowledgeable explanation of the process I had to go thru. especially when it comes to handling professionally licensed defendants. Levon was very compassionate and spent so much time on explaining and calming me down that he probably well exceeded the fee he charged me which was already much lower than other attorneys wanted to charge me. Even just talking to Levon made me feel better. He was more than an attorney but also a friend during this terrible nightmare I went thru. He clearly updated me at every court date and every step and answered all my questions in a clear in concise manner no matter how many questions I had. Levon has very important skill that not ll attorneys have-he knows how to talk. And finally what mattered the most was the result: after a roller coaster ride with DA's and prosecutors and after numerous court dates my case was finally dismissed! The only hope I had was Levon. Due to the medical condition I was in (I am still) ,was not able to continue to go to the health club that I signed up 4 years ago. The health club owner demands I must to go and pay for it. Eventhough I have provided the health club the doctors letter and in the letter indicates it is not safe for me to perform strenuous activity. The owner of the club has sent me an intimidating letter and copied his lawyers and his collection agency saying that he "refute" the doctor letter and demands me to go to classes and pay him the tuition for the services I am not able to use. I had never really had trouble with the law, so did not know how to go shopping for legal counsel, but Levon spoke with me over the phone and he allowed me to give him a thorough overview of the legal issue that I was facing even though I’m sure potential clients all come to him with fairly similar situations. He’s heard it all before, but him listening really made me feel like I mattered. He didn’t rush me and listened intently to all of the concerns I had about the possible outcomes of my legal matter. My 14601(vc) charge for driving on a suspended license which could have come with jail time was reduced to a fine and no point on my license or caused for any additional suspension of my driving privileges. In addition, my finances had been extremely tight due to the dui charge that caused me to have a suspended license in the first place and when I made Levon aware of my financial hardship, he was willing to work with me in order to satisfy my remaining balance owed to him. On September of 2012 I was pulled over while under the influence of alcohol. I blew a 0.11. I was just going to go through it until maybe a month later I hesitantly contacted their offices. He and his partner work together on the cases. They were able to meet with me right away and made me feel informed of the procedures of this charge as well as demonstrated great knowledge in things that could be done. They updated me as pre-trial dates continued and finally around January we were able to get a deal and reduce the DUI to a Wet Reckless which is exactly what we discussed that we would push to get. He was very professional and doing business with them was great. I was able to make payments and they were flexible as long as they were informed of what was going on. Levon is a great guy.
