I just want to give my personal experience with the law office of Dennis A Dascanio. I've been nothing but completely pleased with the great staff and my Lawyer Dennis. They have been with me working hard on my case and making sure I'm taken care of for all my issues with my injury. They made sure I received my workers comp payment's,when my employer denied me. They have made sure all my legal needs have been met. And on top of that they truly care about me and how I'm doing. They make sure I'm getting the proper medical attention my injury needs. I was a little skeptical at first because the cost for the service was reasonable. However, during the course of my trial Benjamin and his staff were very responsive. He was there to answer any of my questions or concerns. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

My honest opinion about this group is great. No gaps, no hidden fees, easy for making payments, and much more. They helped me a lot. I have my asylum, thanks to God and them, they always talk to me about the risk and the possibility, no like other places were they tell you yes we can and pay a lot for nothing.

Please save your money do not come with this old rat. He is very rude along with his arrogant office staff. I needed some copies of documents he submitted about 9years ago and argues with me saying that by law he can’t do that. Little does he know, he is obligated to do so. I’ve paid him so much money on my cases and til this day I haven’t received a response. I know for a fact he does something ilegal in that stinky office. A way more honest and responsible lawyer is Juan Laguna in Santa Ana as well. Este viejo es un ladrón, me a robado muchísimo dinero.

Do not recommend. They are not organized at all. I requested a copy of my visa-U application, and they told me they do not have that. They said they submitted it and immigration has it. How does that make sense? What kind of office does not keep records of their clients case? Very old school office. It’s time for him to retire or get with the system it’s 2022 everything is digital now.
