Martin Anderson and Jeff Kane are two of the best attorneys out there, period. In fact, over the course of our own case we learned that Martin Anderson has had two of his cases make their way to the California Supreme Court, and that he himself has argued before the California Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. That's the kind of leverage you want if you're going up against car companies, and that's why this is not your average lemon law firm. After we found ourselves in the unfortunate scenario of having purchased a "lemon" vehicle, we called the Anderson Law Firm and it was the best decision we could have made. Martin and Jeff ran with our case and ultimately got us a truly amazing settlement. I highly recommend Martin when it comes with lemoning a car. I recently lemoned a 2015 BMW I8. I was having serious issues with the car and BMW was lagging with a decision to do a lemon or a repurchase. I finally decided to contact Anderson Law to get the ball rolling. Martin walked me through the process with what to do and the tactics these car manufacturers try to give you the run around. BMW eventually decided to settle with me and do a full buyout. Martin did not charge me anything for the consultation or the advice he had been providing throughout the process. My recommendation for everyone is if you are thinking of lemoning a car, contact Martin. He will literally stick with you from when you start the lemoning process to when you reach a settlement.
