First and foremost.. I'll start of by saying Thank You, Thank you, Thank You.. I was facing 6-14 years in prison for 2 felony and 2 misdemeanors that I got while drinking and driving that led to other charges while at the wheel. Moises fought up until the very last minute for ME, as he knew my other crimes began and ended with alcohol. Moises, not the court, recommended a Scram program which not only got me to stop drinking, but get this!!! KEPT ME OUT OF JAIL. Long story short, Moises did such a great job that even the judge was amazed at How Great my deal was. I ended up with 90 days Caltrans and 2 years probation. And we have a 1 year review scheduled with the judge. So if I stay out of trouble, 2 years probation will drop to 1 year probation.
