I was in two car accidents that required me to get a personal injury attorney. A car accident is a very traumatic experience that can happen to anyone. Being injured in a car accident is a horrible experience that you don't want to handle yourself. I operate my own business and my truck is the center of that business. Any down time is lost revenue and possibly even the loss of existing clients for me. I lost plenty of both because of this accident. I didnt have fancy demands. Fix my truck, replace my equipment that was destroyed, fix my neck so I could turn my head again and reimburse me for my lost income. Well after 2 neck surgeries and a year of PT my neck does what it's suppose to again. My Truck was fixed and my equipment was replaced and once everything was said and done I recieved a handsome settlement for my lost income, pain and suffering. Everything was taken care of. Gabe Vigh and the Team at Sweet James Bergener have helped me in three cases since 2016. Two were injury accidents with moving vehicles while riding my bicycle in Simi Valley.
