I was in a car accident and the other driver had the nerve to say my mom ran the red light. I was referred to Ben's office by a family member. Ben wasted no time in filing a lawsuit and taking all the necessary steps to make sure to prove we were not at fault and get the other insurance to pay for everything and have money left for myself. I recommend this firm for many reasons but most of all the money I was able to get from my case I was able to see that they made it possible that I get every penny that they could and I was clearly explained how hard my case was but they were able to fight it and get me what I deserve!!!!

I was involved in an auto accident in April, a family member referred me to Benjamin Arsenian's office. I was able to get my vehicle repaired in no time. I was reimbursed all of my out of pocket expenses. Not to mention, I was set up with a doctor in less than 24 hours. Once my case was resolved I was able to get all my bills paid and still have money left over for myself. I would recommend his office to everyone i know.

I was cut off by one car and then rear ended by another but their insurance was trying to put the blame on me. I was recommended to Ben by a friend and I am glad I got a chance to work with him. Him and his paralegal, Aida, gave us updates throughout the whole process and fought with us to give us the best settlement possible. We got a really good settlement and they were able to reduce our medical expenses by a lot to give us the most money we can have. Overall, it was a really good experience and Ben is really personable and great guy. Would recommend to anyone looking for an attorney after a car accident.

Dealing with a Workers Comp case and trying to find the right attorney can be foreign and intimidating, as was the case for me. Luckily I was referred to Geraldine Ly by a coworker. Es buen Abogado. lo que no se me hace justo es que tienes que pagar por completo los honorarios (son cantidades grandes) para que manden tu petición o tu ajuste de status. a un teniendo planes de pagos de nada sirve.
