Attorney Ly was extremely helpful and knowlegeable as to the merits of my worker's compensation case. She was expedient, confident, and compassionate when listening and giving my husband and I her opinion in reference to my case. Ms Ly was the third attorney I had considered and spoken to regarding the possibility of filing a lawsuit. She was superior by far in her knowledge base but the best part was her "humanity" and respect shown while discussing the case with us. Had I decided to pursue litigation I would definitely of hired Geraldine G Ly to handle my worker's compensation case.

Tiene mucha experiencia en casos de migración, cosa que muchos otros, aunque "famosos", no tienen, es honesto, te dice la verdad, habla claro para que puedas tomar una decisión bien informada, sin falsas promesas, también hace lo posible para no cobrar en algo que uno mismo puede hacer, lo recomiendo plenamente, también es razonable en sus honorarios y muy accesible en los pagos, a mi esposa y familia nos ayudo muchísimo, tanto que uno de mis hijos en México ya está con nosotros legalmente, cuando otros abogados que ya había consultado antes, ni siquiera tenían idea si mi caso podría tener éxito.

Difficult work comp case...previous atty had quit with no explanation. Geraldine took on the case, and did her absolute best to try and fix a bad situation. Sometimes, things are so messed up that there is no fixing it, I finally decided that a bird in hand was better than two in the bush. Geraldine did what could be done, and I would highly recommend her.

In a world of penny poaching lawyers I had the misfortune of hiring who worked for themselves, not in my in my best entrusted interest Mrs. Ly came through for me. After procrastinating, hiring their so called "experts" to hand out my cases compensation to their cronies Mrs Ly helped clarify the confusion I was left with and got me a settlement in a more than reasonable amount of time.

Geraldine Ly has been wonderful. She is smart, compassionate and has gone above and beyond for me. Her office staff ALWAYS treats you with professionalism and courtesy. Every time I have called I received such excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Geraldine Ly to anyone who needs a PI or Work Comp attorney.
