What I appreciated the most from Jason Cohn and team is that they made this process as painless for me as they could have. First and foremost, the communication from Jason, Lindsey and Renee was always very clear. When there was a new piece of information I needed to know, I was always kept in the loop. From the first point of contact I actually felt that I called the right law firm. From the initial interview on through explaining the entire process, they held my hand treating me with respect. Yes, I mattered. They literally did it all... from securing doctor appointments to rehab appointments to making these medical arrangements under a lien to dealing with my least favorite group: my insurance company. Yes, this is their job, not mine; however, the process was transparent to me. I'm too busy running my own business to have to help them run theirs. That's the beauty. I used Cohn and Swartzon in 2014. I cannot stress enough how attentive, professional, compassionate and caring this law firm is!! From the first day I contacted them to the very end, Jason and his entire staff was always available when I had any questions or concerns. They explained everything in great detail, taking their time with me, never rushing me. Anytime I ever called the office, they either came to the phone right then, or called me back the same day. We were passengers in a friend's car, and were hit by an uninsured motorist, resulting in a weeks stay in the hospital. After my wife was in a accident in 2010. We contacted Mr. Cohn.
