En realidad nunca me imagine que el Abogado Moisés Aguilar, me fuera ayudar tan rápido con mi caso que tuve hace 8 años por posesión y intento de ventas y al cumplir el tiempo en la carcel, el juez me dio Probatoria Formal por 5 años y escuela de droga y programa de alcoholismo y fui deportado. Y ahora que regresé de nuevo en este año 2020 un amigo en común por el futbol soccer, me recomendó a un excelente Abogado y a una excelente persona para que me checará mi récord y me pudiera ayudarme, el caso que en menos de 5 minutos ya sabía todo de mi y cuales eran mis cargos y que tenía orden de arresto por no hacer los programas y el Provation Formal y lo volví a contactar para que me quitará la orden de arresto y en ese mismo momento que le marque nos quedamos de vernos con su secretario para hacer el contrato de representación y así ayudarme en mi caso y en menos de 2 semanas el resultado fue a mi favor y ya no tengo que hacer los programas y ya no tengo orden de arresto gracias por todo Moisés Aguilar un gran respeto hacia usted y si lo recomiendo es honesto y confiable

I have had the pleasure of working with Moises Aguilar and staff for well over a year. Sadly my son was involved in a criminal case matter. I hired Moises to expunge a DUI case from three years ago. He was very honest from the beginning, and clearly defined the whole process. It took him about two months, given the court long wait line. He constantly kept me updated on the process, and in the end the outcome worked in my favor.

I called Mr Aguilar's office because I was a fourth DUI offender and I was really worried and scared. I was looking at 1 year straight prison time but because of Moises experience and knowledge of the law and great connections and relationships with the judges and district attorneys I walked away with only a sentence to do 190 hours of Community Service and 18 months class program with (No jail time). Moises Aguilar's office handled everything for me and made my life a lot easier. I really felt like Moises Aguilar cared. Like they say its all about who you know.
