I've never heard of anyone who'd been mentally ill having their firearm rights restored, but my team of Attorneys Paul Hecht and Bill Conner delivered! I can almost hear everyone exclaiming "What?" in shocked disbelief with all the negative mental health publicity these days. So, let me clarify: in 2011, I underwent surgery. That surgery and adverse reactions to medications led to my temporary mental illness which lasted only a few weeks.
