I was involved in an auto accident in April, a family member referred me to Benjamin Arsenian's office. I was able to get my vehicle repaired in no time. I was reimbursed all of my out of pocket expenses. Not to mention, I was set up with a doctor in less than 24 hours. Once my case was resolved I was able to get all my bills paid and still have money left over for myself. I would recommend his office to everyone i know.

I was cut off by one car and then rear ended by another but their insurance was trying to put the blame on me. I was recommended to Ben by a friend and I am glad I got a chance to work with him. Him and his paralegal, Aida, gave us updates throughout the whole process and fought with us to give us the best settlement possible. We got a really good settlement and they were able to reduce our medical expenses by a lot to give us the most money we can have. Overall, it was a really good experience and Ben is really personable and great guy. Would recommend to anyone looking for an attorney after a car accident.

Es buen Abogado. lo que no se me hace justo es que tienes que pagar por completo los honorarios (son cantidades grandes) para que manden tu petición o tu ajuste de status. a un teniendo planes de pagos de nada sirve.

So you have to pay $100 just to ask him a question in person... over the phone $75 to talk to him. When a lawyer is a good lawyer and wants to help people, he will listen to a potential client and go from there. But to stiff them with speaking fees upfront, that's just disgusting.
