I first retained him as a result of a minor traffic infraction years ago. Recently I utilized his services for business legal assistance. He and his staff are highly reliable and absolutely dedicated to the welfare of their clients. I highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of a lawyer. In fact I've referred family and friends to him no less than a half dozen times in the last decade.

I hired victor, he cause more harm than good for me. Him and his paralegal were so hard to get a hold of, they would always say they'll chat with me Monday. never got back to me. They messed up on my income said it was higher than it was so I received no child support. They messed up some how in court where I had to pay my ex husbands attorney fees, when I am single mother and my ex makes more money than me. victor ended up paying my exs lawyer fees because he messed up so bad. I would never recommend this lawyer for family law. I went to having my son half of the time down to 6 days per month due to him not fighting for me or speaking up on my behalf. They didn't file the correct paper work they were suppose too. This lawyer doesn't care for his clients at all.

I was cited for suspicion of DUI; inconclusive tests raised doubt on the finding of the officers; Victor not only provided outstanding representation with a favorable outcome (charges dropped), he provided support, understanding and guidance in a process that no one is prepared to face. Victor proved to be a capable and effective counselor and demonstrated the necessary interpersonal support necessary for a client to successfully get through this process. I was introduced to victor a couple months ago, at that point i had another lawyer that had been working on my case for about a year and a half and had not done any progress, i brought my situation to the attention of Victor and asked for his advice, he reviewed my case and said my case should have been solved by then. I then asked Victor if he could take my case and help me go through with it as soon as possible. He said, he would be more than glad to help and took my case. he was was very helpful and honest at all time, he was able to get everything done within a couple months. i was more than happy with his work. Unlike the other person that was helping. I would definitely get victor's services if was to need it again. He is very knowledgeable. I recently had a case against Mercury Insurance. I am a disabled driver and they were not going to pay me my loss of use on my Van and also claimed I had it, when Mercury had said it was a total lost and had it themselves. Mr. Cueto was courteous, willing to take my case though it didn't represent a great monetary gain for him and assured me at the end justice would prevale. He kept his word.
