I paid very high rental in one of Irvine city brand new community, but landlord neglected management caused me a series of non-stop headache. I found and consulted William, he paid empathetic attention to listen my suffering and gave professional moderative advice, fair and equal to understand and accept. He taught me how to collect evidence and stand for my right. William is not judgemental at all, comfortable to talk. I very appreciated his service and time. I worked under the supervision of Mr. Tanner before starting law school and throughout this time, Mr. Tanner acted as a real mentor by motivating and teaching me and many other young law students about the law and compassionate advocacy. He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond during the course of their representation. He also teaches at many prestigious academic institutions, which enables him to remain highly educated and up to date with developments in many different fields of California and national laws.
