Good lawyer

Duarte law group was great! From the beginning Attorney Duarte was honest and explained the process in detail. I retained him on my first visit, after I had already had another consult with another attorney. His full staff was always so attentive and always so nice, I never got the impression that I was bugging them because I definitely did call often. I was always able to speak with them, once I even called on a weekend and I was able to speak to his assistant and not a call center. Always so friendly and really took the time to make us feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend them. Take advantage of their 24/7 days (888) number in case of an emergency.

I highly recommend Mr. Brandon J. Simon and his firm. Mr. Simon is professional, prepared, prompt, well spoken and knows the laws of our state. He represented me in a personal injury case and not only did we win handily, the jury awarded a very favorable judgment. This was due to Mr. Simon's hard work, preparation, tact, and the strong work ethic he has for his clients. Above all this, I have to say it can be a very emotional and trying experience to be in court and involved in a trial. Mr. Simon's calm demeanor and understanding of this emotion and his encouragement helped get me through it and demonstrated what a truly good person and professional he is. I am not inclined to freely hand out 5 star reviews however Mr. Simon earned it, along with my trust and respect.
