Selecting Ayala Law Group, was the best decision I could have made. For quite some time I had been hesitant in moving forward with submitting my application for citizenship. I had a couple of blemishes on my record and had been procrastinating for several years but with the constant political changes, I felt that it was time for me to move forward. I had been unemployed for a while due to COVID and I was financially not sure if I was prepared for the costs which would be associated with initiating this naturalization process. In addition, I had dealt with various attorneys in the past and my experience was always short of complete satisfaction. Ayala Law Group was suggested by a close friend of mine and although the main office was located in Santa Ana (about 35 miles away), I decided to request a personal consultation with attorney Chris Ayala. He was very detailed in explaining every part of the process, communicated clearly the possible expectations and outcomes unique to my case. Chris answered every question I had and was honest in explaining that due to COVID the process would take longer than usual. In addition, he accommodated a reasonable schedule so that I could financially afford this expense. He and his staff were always professional in keeping schedules, calls, and clearly communicated every step of the way. I felt informed and guided throughout the entire process. During my personal interview with the Department of Homeland Security, I was professionally represented and never felt alone. I am grateful that I am now a Naturalized U.S. Citizen and have a new perspective in life. I was also fortunate to have completed my process just in time in order to apply and receive my passport in less than 8 weeks upon completing my naturalization process.
