This guy… don’t use him. Seriously he was the worst

Mr. Sarieh was very negligent in his representation of my case. On the last day of trial, he didn't have it scheduled on his calendar. This is gross incompetence especially when child custody is being litigated. Needless to say, he wasn't prepared. I provided Mr.Sarieh with questions and would have done a better job representing myself. His office staff was not thorough in their attention to detail when filing to the court. Multiple clerical errors were apparent and referenced in the judge's ruling which drew undue attention to credibility. A Better Business Bureau report was filed on his office that he has yet to respond to in addition to a claim to the State Bar of California. I will pursue a malpractice case with Sarieh Law Offices based on his negligence and poor representation.

I highly recommend the law office of Wail Sarieh. He is professional, detailed, and thoroughly knowledgeable in his practice. I have recommended family and friends to him. Everyone I recommended received excellent representation and alot of support through their process.

Very good but very expensive.

We retained Wail Sarieh to help us out with what had been a contentious, incredibly confusing, and emotionally draining two-year long divorce process for my elderly father. Our situation was unique in that our father and his wife both suffered from dementia and were not active participants in the process. We had been working with another attorney for almost two years but there had not been any movement in our father’s case for a long period of time. Negotiations had stalled because there was a lack of communication from the other side, and both sides were struggling to divide properties and assets accumulated during and before their marriage. We needed to find an attorney that could pick up the pieces and get the ball moving in this divorce case so our father could enjoy his remaining years. We found that and more in Wail and his staff. Wail was invaluable in helping us get to a very fair settlement in very little time. Wail is incredibly intelligent, professional, driven, and tough when the situation calls for it. He is well-versed in the law and familiar with the judges, attorneys, and courts in the Southern CA area. You cannot help but think you are in good hands with Wail as he exudes confidence, and this allowed us to relax a little for the first time in months. During our first meeting with Wail, he was able to tell us things about our case and showed us invaluable documents that our other attorney had not presented in the two previous years. I wish we would have started working with Wail from day one as we would have saved a lot of time, money, and frustration. Also, I do not think you could find a better advocate for your cause then Wail. He is truly that good. I cannot recommend Wail Sarieh and his staff enough.
