I'm not sure if you would rather this review be business based or on Google. But as a whole I am confused a bit with what my role is and how everything works. The contact is scarce. And before I transfered phone companies it was rarely any contact with the lawyers. The case got transfered a few times and I was still left not understanding what was going on. I feel after they reached out via email and I got a new case manager. Her communication was way better. I can honestly say I've had no more than 5-6 calls and or updates in a years span. I want to be in the know. So that way I could understand more about the case answer what to expect.

I called to get some information on an accident where my car was a hit and run. The woman who answered the call reacted as if she was being bothered by me but I still explained my situation. she started to speak over me when explaining the situation of the collision which I then let her speak, she was so rude and purposely hung up on me. If you want terrible communication and rude service go ahead and use this place.
