Extremely disappointed with the entire process took nearly 2 years I thought I was paying them to handle the paperwork meanwhile I was getting all the work and paperwork from my doctors to the attorneys they said it was to "save me money" yet I still got charged for it!! I might as well handled my own case! to my understanding my case was passed down to 2/3 different lawyers! I was under the impression the whole time that I had a good solid case only to wind up with 2k! What a joke Towards the end it felt like my case was just rushed and they wanted to get it over with what a waste of time such a disappointment!

I can't say anything in a hurry, but I will try. Joel Thomas is a very professional trial attorney who fought 8 years in the workers comp system to get me what I deserved. When my case settled he helped me with putting my money into a trust fund where it is safe while I use it. I would highly recommend Joel for his trustworthiness and his knowledge. I retained this firm for a very complicated workers comp case. I was promised communication and updates from the case manager and attorney which I rarely if ever got. I was denied MY choice of treating doctor from the MPN so I never received any care for over a year which caused additional complications that should / could of been reduced or eliminated. I was lied to by the attorney on several occasions. Little follow through. I would rate this firm even lower than 1 star if possible. They may be good at car accidents but avoid them for workers comp. they are simply not worth the additional aggravation over and above having a catastrophic injury like I sustained. Might be good if you only need a bandaid. Wish I had never heard of this firm. DAM firm is pretty accurate.
