Nice enough firm, minus a couple unprofessional and discourteous b*s in the phone dept.. However, they released me too soon, asking for a compromise and release, while knowing I would need future medical care. *I wish they would have fought harder for me.* I do not understand why they called it quits on my case. The medical reports and my pain were abundantly clear. Do not do a compromise/release.

It is difficult to rate a law firm because it contains many variety of departments, but all I know is; forget about get an answer no matter what your question is with your first phone call, voicemail, text or email.
Try 5 or 6 times, hopefully someone gets back to you with an attenuate after a week or so.
I was lucky that I got Mr. Charles Stone as my attorney and Marlene Lagunas as a consultant. both Very polite and professional. If this review was just about them, I would have give it 5 star

I would have given you all a perfect 5 given the precise, efficient, and outstanding service you provided me. However, I could not because since the beginning of our effective relationship the communication has been lagging to say the least. Not a good experience didn't get my medical files , I didn't get treated for my injury long enough.And the check I received was a joke .I dont recommend them find someone else that really cares about your injury .I spoke to 1 lawyer and ended up with someone I didn't even know .

Really bad service! I don’t even want to give a star! Guadalupe was her name and she was never available or when you call the office put you on hold and at the end it was no information about your case it almost 2 years and it was almost nothing$
