They were very polite and very respectful and very professional. If I called and they weren't in they always got back to me right away. Always answered my questions and I felt so much more comfortable with them than any attorney I've ever had. They talk with you they don't talk down to you. And they always make sure you understand what they're talking about and they don't have any problem at all explaining things to you.
