My first 5 minutes with Ms Hervatin, let me know that I have FINALLY got to a REAL W/C attorney. She knew in 5 minutes that I had not been appropriatly represented previously, that I was being "creamed". She has taken my case, and I cant wait to see how this works out. Very bright and smart.

I have been pleased with all aspects regarding my case. Ms. Hervatin is not only highly efficient, but really cared about me and my case. She went the extra mile for me and that meant everything. In a highly stressful situation, she reassured me and handled my situation in a timely and thoughtful manner. I would highly recommend hiring her. She is a former judge and extremely knowledgeable in that regard, but down to earth and very easy to talk with.

Excellent! Helped me out with what other lawyers lead me to believe was hopeless, and got me money I didn't think I had coming. She's quick and efficient. I just sat back and let her go after my employer while I tended to my injuries, the way it should be!
