I couldn't ask for a better lawyer. Excellent!!!

I am not a client, I did have a question and called his office today. He was so kind, he took the time, answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable on the bankruptcy laws! He is very informative and explanatory. I wish I would have called him to help me with my bankruptcy a couple of years ago. He is a true gem!! It's so rare to find a professionals out their that shows, they are good at what they do and they enjoy what they do. I would highly recommend the Law offices of Michael D. Franco!!

I had a small issue that needed resolution, and was being dealt with by another attorney (who originally botched it first go around) whom also proved to be dishonest, and absent/non responding 90% of the time. Luckily I found Michael. Michael looked into our matter, and was very quick and professional in his assessment of the situation. In a very short time, he was able to accomplish what turned out to be a very easy task (less than 1week), what the "other attorney" could not accomplish in OVER a years time. Michael's professionalism, constant/quick communication (a HUGE plus), knowledge, experience and diligence in taking care of the small situation saved the day. If you are looking for a straight shooter that has the firepower to get the job done quickly and correctly look no further.
