I consulted Mr. Mike Ayaz for a real estate issue, he was prompt, took our call on the first day we reached out, he followed through, he had immense knowledge of the subject matter, and really knew the laws well. When I thought I was in a bad spot, he ensured me that I had options. Note to anyone reading this, get a real estate lawyer before considering purchase or lease of any property. It's just the right thing to do.
