I went with one of her paralegal they said they would send in my paperwork for a u visa that I was resending. That they would call me around 3 months later, I called back 4 months later. I had to call multiple times because they didn’t know if my paper was in. I guess they forgot to call me or I don’t know. When they answered they said my papers had arrived and it was rejected they gave me a paper supposedly that my u visa first application was rejected and they said there was nothing they could do, and that was not true . I went to another lawyer and he looked into my u visa and he said that Violeta Delgado paralegal didn’t send the proper paperwork, my other lawyer resent my paperwork properly and it finally got accepted. Violeta delgado paralegal team took my money even though they didn’t do the job properly. They are awful, thank god I got another lawyer who was willing to do the job and get my u visa right!
