I petitioned for my mom’s residence almost two years after a failed attempt from a Catholic organization that was little to no help to my mom or family. We were left in the dark, had a difficult time getting a hold of anyone and were not kept informed about the process. I am SO happy we decided to go to the office of Violeta Delgado. Everyone, attorney and legal staff, was extremely helpful, always kept in contact with us, left messages, prepped us, were easy to reach and were overall just a delight to speak with. After almost 3 years of waiting, my mom was able to get her residency in a matter of months with their help. I am ecstatic to report that my mom just received her permanent resident card in the mail and can finally visit her home after over 30 years! We cannot thank this office enough!
