I tried to consult many lawyers before contacting Mr. Sarieh. They were not very helpful and will not give any valuable information until been hired. However,Mr. Sarieh was very kind and very helpful lawyer. I did a free consultation with him and he was very patient, very informative and very helpful. he explains and clarifies all the issue that I did not know regarding my divorce. I am going to hire him. Definitely, will highly recommend him to others. Thank you Mr. Sarieh for your time and great advice, greatly appreciated.

I wasted money on a "regular" attorney before I found Wail. I was out of the country and didn't know who to hire and having a trustworthy and dependable attorney is vital. You must be looking for the right attorney reading this so bottom line, do yourself a favor and retain Wail. I was half way around the world, just wasted thousands on one attorney and (now) no attorney. I knew this was going to be a difficult divorce, we had a lot of assets. I could not easily interview prospective attorneys from my remote location and it was horrible feeling. THEN... a friend of a friend told me about Wail. We talked on phone and I retained him but really didn't have any confidence in him. I had to have someone and I figured, "Here we go again". Was I ever wrong about that. After giving him some brief facts he got back to me immediately! He had done some research on our properties and had several good suggestions. He emailed me, called me and immediately answered questions sometimes within hours...or minutes! I returned to the U.S., met Wail and I knew I had the right attorney. As the very difficult case went forward, he and his outstanding staff took care of me. They called, emailed, did things we needed and informed me in a timely manner about every detail of the case. This was such a stress reliever. He and his staff were always on top of every event and there were many! On one occasion of importance, Wail and staff member Gabriela were calling me driving home after hours and emailing me from their homes until after 9 pm. There were so many incidents and important matters that came up in this long and difficult case but...I had Wail! He really understood my stress and was the calm in the storm. My divorce was granted, property settlement done and even though it was a horrible event in my life, I can't imagine what it would have been like without this intelligent, informed, well educated and skilled attorney. I am back in my little paradise (secrete!) now but I return on occasion and Wail and his wonderful staff will be on my list of friends to visit. It was really that good.

I first met Wail during one of my court hearing in the hallway. We had a great conversation and got to know a little about him. At the time I was self representing myself. Things didn't go the way I had planned that day, so I did some research on Wail Sarieh and I liked what I read and to my astonishment his great rating by current and past clients. I scheduled to meet with him about my case days after my hearing. After meeting with him, I was able to see just how knowledgeable he was and is I was determined to hire him to represent me. What can I say, Wail knows what he's doing. I retained him the day of my hearing and he was able to put together in an hour and a half an argument to get my hearing continued. I wish I would have started with him from the very beginning. I would have saved a lot more money and I would have gotten results. Wail won my case and I am happy with the results, this is just the beginning. My best advice for anyone looking for a lawyer is, do not make the same mistake I made. I hired cheap attorney's and in the long run it's ended up costing me more and with very little results. Wail on the other hand is one of the top attorney's in Orange County. If you hire him you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend hiring Wail, I have never trusted anyone like I trust him. As long as you're upfront and give him all the information he needs, he will get the job done. He knows his way in the courtroom and his confidence in his ability and work he carries with pride and it shows.

My son recently hired Wail for a very difficult child custody case. He did the impossible with his sidekick Marlene an they are still helping us. I worked in the Judicial System for many years in Mo. and he is one fine attorney and him and Marlene are just superior people. God Bless them. Use this man.

Wail Sarieh is Amazing. And Marlene is Supportive. So how did the case get here?...as a 4th attorney in the new home state asks me that question once again in disbelief (really disbelief at the whole bizarre story, which Wail took on, and marvel at his fearlessness, creativity, and ability). The writing was on the wall. I seemed to be involved in a biased courtroom that involved some games and tactics and disregard for procedure. This case had been going on for a year and as of three months before hiring Wail none of the parties in the case resided in California. My attorney had been pleading with the judge (in at least 3 occasions) to hear the motion that the case no longer belongs in California. The judge denied the request all 3 times, clearly rebuking procedure that he was supposed to hear that motion before considering custody issues. He stated each time he wanted to hear it after writing an order. With 10 days left for this order to be written, that the judge made it known he was determined to write, an attorney who I had called for some advice on these unusual courtroom happenings turned out to be my surprise link to this one of a kind attorney. She let me know there is nothing I can do about this seemingly rogue judge, it is too late, and he will write the order he seems determined to write. She further explained I will have to appeal, and my daughter will have to live with the inappropriate order until the appeals process ends, which could take up to a year. I bawled so loud, then she took a breath and said I know who you need to call, “an attorney out of Orange County, he is an expert in this jurisdictional stuff”. She hung up and called back five minutes later with the number for Wail Sarieh and said to give him a call. I called Wail the next day and explained everything to him. He explained to me that this case had been severely botched. I then had to fire my lawyer and retain Wail, after that was done there was literally a week before the judge was scheduled to write the order. Wail instructed me to get a counterpart in the state we want to transfer to, to work with him. That took about 2 days, so now we are left with five days to work with. I asked Wail if he will ask for a continuance because he just got on the case, he said no he doesn’t want to start out weak. And he and Marlene kept assuring me don’t worry this will be done. I explained my fear stemming from the fact that we have been trying to do this for a year, and certainly within the last 3 months, where it clearly seemed the case should be transferred. Marlene’s response was, “Wail wasn’t on the case before”. On November 2nd the judge met Wail for the first time (the day he planned to write the order). On November 15 he gave up jurisdiction (seemingly having made that decision after his initial meeting with Wail), and transferred the case to another state (where it is supposed to be). Wail is Amazing (enough said). And Marlene is Supportive. I can’t recall how many times during the week I called the office crying and scared, and Marlene was there to explain things to me and tell me not to worry. And even after the case was transferred she called for about two weeks after to follow up and find out what happened until the new case was open in its new home state. Amazing. Thank you. Highly recommended. They gave my daughter and I a beautiful Thanksgiving. Unreal attorney (leaving many attorneys to ask me... “how did this happen”, causing me to believe they wouldn’t have stepped out of the box as he did). Glad he exists and was recommended to me. I hope this recommendation/story helps direct someone else to him who needs him (as we clearly did), and in our case he created magic and delivered!

Mr. Sarieh handled my divorce very effectively. He was aggressive, firm and very knowledgeable. He told me from the very start what to expect regarding the custody, visitation and support of my child. He was right and was always available to answer my questions. He made this horrible process an acceptable experience and never gave up on keeping the lines of communication opened with the opposite side. He has my full confidence

I send Wail my family law cases because he is a tough litigator and gets good results for clients. Wail also has a good way with clients and I have never had one complain about his representation-which is a rare thing in the emotionally charged world of family law.
