Fathers need more attorney's like Wail Sarieh @ Sarieh Law Offices. After dealing with 2 other law firms in my extensive difficult custody battle (Yanez & Assoc / Thomas B Conner), I learned after substituting attorney's to Sarieh Law, that I had wasted my valuable time and money to get a fair opportunity in front of the judge. Wail not only explained in detail what to expect, but showed his extreme passion for what he does at every representation in court. The legal knowledge he pertains, the advantage of who he knows in and out of the courtroom's and professionalism on how he delivers/counters other attorney's gimmicks/tricks of the trade, put's Wail above and beyond any other Law Office I have ever worked with in orange county. Hats off to the team as well who helped prepare the case, as well as being there when I needed them the most. I cannot speak highly enough of Wail and his team. I worked with Wail on my international child custody case over the course of 6 years. It was a VERY complex case with many moving parts and a lot at stake. Wail was patient and DID THE WORK. I needed custody modifications for years, and I tried for years to get my ex-wife to agree to custody changes without legal assistance. Finally, I hired Wail Sarieh and I wish I had hired him years ago. It took 9 months to get the custody modifications, which included changing for LA to OC courthouse, several court hearings, and finally the results of getting 90% of the custody changes needed. As always everyone is better off if you can settle out of court, and if you can't Wail is a great option.

Wail recently represented me in a move away/custody case. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially if you have a “complicated” case like mine was. We retained Wail Sarieh to help us out with what had been a contentious, incredibly confusing, and emotionally draining two-year long divorce process for my elderly father. Our situation was unique in that our father and his wife both suffered from dementia and were not active participants in the process. We had been working with another attorney for almost two years but there had not been any movement in our father’s case for a long period of time. Negotiations had stalled because there was a lack of communication from the other side, and both sides were struggling to divide properties and assets accumulated during and before their marriage. We needed to find an attorney that could pick up the pieces and get the ball moving in this divorce case so our father could enjoy his remaining years. We found that and more in Wail and his staff. Wail was invaluable in helping us get to a very fair settlement in very little time. Wail is incredibly intelligent, professional, driven, and tough when the situation calls for it. He is well-versed in the law and familiar with the judges, attorneys, and courts in the Southern CA area. You cannot help but think you are in good hands with Wail as he exudes confidence, and this allowed us to relax a little for the first time in months. I was trying to work out a reasonable settlement with my ex-wife in our divorce. After all, who needs to spend thousands on attornies to get a limited asset divorce? I thought ours would be straight to the point. I wasn’t trying to hide anything or cheat her from what was due her or our daughter. But she got an attorney. I still thought I fought work it out. How wrong I was. Her attorney thought trying to break me was going to help her. So I asked Wail to help resolve the matter. He was straight to the point. No nonsense. He puts you on notice he isn’t cheap. He wasn’t outrageous either. His fee was reasonable considering he doesn’t milk the situation. I couldn’t have been happier with his entire team’s efforts.
